The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonreleasing of the salary for the period between August, 2020 to November, 2020 and for the month of January, 2021. The counsel for the petitioner submits that in all these periods, the petitioner has in fact discharged his duties and there are records available. 2.

The State counsel on the other hand submits that from the documents enclosed with the writ petition itself there appears to be periodical instructions made at the place where the petitioner is

working and he has been found absent from the said place and which has also been reflected.

Be that as it may, since it is a question of whether the petitioner has discharged his duties or not, the same has to be inquired and examined by the authorities concerned from the records and from the explanation if any that the petitioner has provided in this regard. 4.

Let the respondents No. 2 to 4 take an appropriate decision in respect of unpaid salary to the petitioner for the period between August, 2020 to November, 2020 and for the month of January, 2021 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The order of this Court would only be subject to verification of facts so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned and the authorities are expected to take a decision in respect of the entitlement of the petitioner after due scrutiny of the records. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
