1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.345/2015, registered at Police Station Saraipali, Distt. Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 20(C), 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. After arguing for fairly long time, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application.
