This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.171/15, registered at Police Station Kharora, District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. &

Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The applicant's first and second bail application were dismissed on merit by orders of this Court dated 31/08/2015 and 13/10/2015 passed in M.Cr.C. Nos. 4430/2015 & 5658/2015.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application; therefore, this third bail application is rejected. 4.
