Since this Court has no mechanism to fill up all vacancies of Doctors available in the State of Chhattisgarh, the arrangements so made by the notification contained in Annexure P/1 is only an effort to reach out to the maximum population with minimum of resource.

It goes without saying however, that effort would be required to be made by the State of Chhattisgarh to find eligible doctors who are willing to serve the masses and specially the rural populous.

This Public Interest Litigation stands disposed off with the above observation.
