1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before respondent No.2Collector, Bilaspur for revocation of his suspension on 12.01.2018, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Collector, Bilaspur is directed

to consider and decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and also taking into account that the petitioner has already been promoted on the post of Nayab Tahsildar on 12.01.2018.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed off.
