At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue raised in the petition concerning counting of the previous service rendered by the petitioners with the SADA, Bhilai has been set at rest by this Court in Narayan Prasad Dewangan v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others1 and other WPS No.4459 of 2014 (decided on 8-2-2016)

connected matters. They would pray that the present petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

In view of the above statement made, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of Narayan Prasad Dewangan (supra). 3.
