Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant Writ Petition (227) may be disposed of without even noticing the other respondents as the petitioner is only praying for disposal of the execution case pending before the Civil Judge, Class-II, Dabhra, District Janjgir Champa (CG) in relation to Case No.15A/98 wherein the matter went up to the Hon'ble Apex Court and even after the dismissal of Special Leave Petition on 5.9.2014, the execution of the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court is still pending.

On due consideration, looking to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the instant Writ Petition (227) is disposed of without even noticing to the other respondents. The Court below is directed to dispose of the said execution proceedings pending as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of next hearing on presentation of copy of the order by the petitioner.

Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send the copy of this order to the Court below for compliance.
