I.A. No. 01 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 1888 days in filing the appeal arising out of Writ Petition No. 315 of 2002 disposed on 10.11.2009 with a batch of analogous writ petitions led by Writ Petition

No.254 of 2002.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the Writ Appeal may be disposed in terms of order dated 27.3.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 147 of 2015 (Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Vs. K.K. Purohit) arising from common order dated 10.11.2009. 3.

Since we have already disposed similar appeals arising from common order, this appeal is also disposed in similar terms declining to condone delay in absence of any sufficient cause furnished with regard to the same. 4.

The appeal stands disposed in similar terms as Writ Appeal No. 147 of 2015 dated 27.3.2015.
