The present appeal arises from a common order dated 11.12.2015 disposing Writ Petition (S) No.1329 of 2015 and analogous cases including Writ Petition (S) No.1733 of 2015 from which the present appeal arises. 2.
Since we have already dismissed Writ Appeal No.19 of 2016 arising out of the same order based on Writ Petition (S) No.1329 of 2015, there is no occasion for us to arrive at any other different conclusion. 3.
We are not inclined to allow fresh grounds to be urged, not urged before the Learned Single Judge and then to test the order of the Learned Single Judge on that ground.
