Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent authorities for regularization of the constructed house pursuant to the notice dated 06.01.2018 issued by respondent No. 4 but it has not been considered and decided till date.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 - New Raipur Development Authority would submit that petitioner's application for regularization will be considered and decided within one month. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application by passing a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is directed that till the decision on petitioner's application, the petitioner shall not be evicted from his house. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
