Agrawal Order On Board 07/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed the allotted work under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, but the payment has not been disbursed to the petitioner by the respondent authorities, against which he has made representation to the Collector, Korba but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Korba is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
