1. This petition has been brought challenging the order dated 3.1.2020 passed by the learned Family Court in Civil Suit No. 127A of 2016, by which petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 filed under Order IX Rule 7 of the CPC was allowed.

2. After arguing for sometime on the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed off with a specific direction to learned Family Court to conclude the trial in the civil suit as early as possible.

3. Considered that the civil suit was instituted on 29.9.2016 and respondent No.1 had marked her appearance on 26.10.2016. After

-2considering the submission made, the petition is disposed off at motion stage without any interference with the impugned order and learned Family Court is directed to conclude and dispose off the civil suit pending between the parties preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
