Order On Board By Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra 11/03/2019

1. Petitioner would assail the Appellate order passed by Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division Bilaspur on 26.10.2018.

2. The order under challenge is revisable before the Board of Revenue under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, therefore the petitioner is required to avail the alternative remedy.

3. Let the petitioner avail the alternative remedy within 30 days from today. If the revision is preferred during this period the Board of Revenue shall decide the same on merits without raising objection as to limitation.

4. Certified copy of the order Annexure P1, P/7 & P/8 be returned back to learned counsel after retaining photocopies of the same.
