It is stated that the sole appellant namely Sewak Ram Sahu has died on 26.2.2014 and his legal heirs do not want to continue the appeal, therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as abated.

Considering the submission made, I.A.No.1 of 2017 is allowed.

Consequently, this appeal is dismissed as abated. The surety and bail bonds are discharged.
