Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/02/2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents not to lease out or permit any person for fishing purpose against law. Prayer has also been made for consideration of petitioner's representation. 2.

In the entire petition, there is no material to show that till date, the pond has been leased out by the State authorities to any person. It appears that only on apprehension, this petition has been filed. It appears that the petitioner has made application for grant of lease rights. Such applications are required to be considered by the competent authority in accordance with the procedure prescribed for grant of lease. 3.
