1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was served with a notice to pay water tax of Rs.5970/- on 24.12.2020. He contends that earlier the petitioner has paid certain water tax and now he is ready to pay tax from July 2019 as earlier to that, the entire tax was paid, therefore, under the circumstances, the petitioner has made representation to the Assistant Engineer, C.G. State Housing Board. He prays that the said application may be decided so that how the levy of tax has been made can be arrived at.

2. Considering such submission, without any further observation to the right of the petitioner and since the

limited prayer is made, respondents 3 & 4 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
