The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking for restoration of WPC No. 2180/2009 which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 6.2.2020.

Considering the reasons assigned in the application for restoration and the fact that subsequently there was a nationwide lockdown on account of COVID-19 pandemic, justified grounds have been made by Applicant for restoration of WPC No. 2180/2009.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. WPC No. 2180/2009 is restored to its original for hearing. No order as to costs.
