The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 09.01.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Pawari Halka No.29 to Patwari Halka No.9.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the action on part of the respondents falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. The petitioner was transferred at present place of posting on 02.02.2018 and joined there on 04.05.2018 and barely within a short span of 7 months time, the present impugned order has now been passed. He fairly admits that the place between the two is only 15 KM.

Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.
