1. Present review petition has been filed seeking a review of the order dated 03.01.2018, passed in WPT No. 346/2017.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the reassessment proceedings initiated against the petitioner itself has been culminated and the proceedings stands decided in favour of the respondent-assessee.

3. Taking the fact that the reassessment proceedings itself has been decided finally, this Court is of the opinion that the issue involved in the instant case itself has become infructuous.

4. The review petition as such is being disposed off as having become infructuous.
