1. This writ petition has been directed against the order dated 29-012018 passed by Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur by which learned Additional Commissioner has interfered with the order passed by the

Collector and the S.D.O. and order of suspension has been revoked.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by the Additional Commissioner is unsustainable and is bad in law.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose the submissions.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and since the removal proceedings are pending, it would be expedient to direct the S.D.O. (Revenue) to complete the removal proceedings expeditiously without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
