The present MCC has been filed on an office reference being made. The office reference made is for modification of the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in MCC No. 1173 of 2019. On due consideration, it has been reflected that due to a clerical error in second paragraph, the writ petition ordered to be restored has been wrongly mentioned as "WPS No. 7993 of 2019" whereas it ought to had been "WPS No. 1475 of 2019". Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in MCC No. 1173 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 in place of "WPS No. 7993 of 2019" it shall be read as "WPS No. 1475 of 2019". The present MCC accordingly stands allowed and disposed off.
