1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the unwaranted attachment order issued against the petitioner as early as on 26.09.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, as per circular of the Government itself there is a total ban on attachment be made yet the respondents have attached the services of the petitioner and it is now more than one and half year the petitioner continued there on attachment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already approached the respondents authorities by way of filing various representation and reminders calling for the withdrawal of the order dated 26.09.2019 or any suitable modification in this regard.

4. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition

stands disposed off directing the respondent No. 3 to take an appropriate decision so far as the attachment of the petitioner is concerned, in accordance with the rules and the circulars governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
