1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition can be disposed off in the light of para-2 of the reply filed by respondent No.2/Raipur Development Authority.

2. Para-2 of the reply filed by respondent No.2 states as under:- "2......The claim of the petitioner could only be considered for allotment of flat either in Devendra Nagar Scheme or Katora Talab Scheme strictly in view of the Board' resolution dated 17/7/1986 and further after taking into consideration the other similarly situated persons who were registered in the erstwhile Sai Nagar Yojana 1982 and in accordance with the rules with regard to procedure of allotment."

3. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed off in terms of para-2 of the reply filed by respondent No.2/Raipur Development Authority.

Respondent No.2/Raipur

Development Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of aforesaid reply filed before this Court as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. No cost(s).
