Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 183/2015 registered at Police Station SHO Ratanpur, Distt. Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 34(2) & 59A of the Excise Act. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court on 21.09.2015 in M.Cr.C. No.4996/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
