The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the order of transfer dated 21.01.2021 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Korba to Kirodimal, Raigarh. 2.

According to the petitioner, at Korba the petitioner had recently come about 11 months back i.e. on 11.02.2020 and the impugned order now again has been passed transferring the petitioner to a different district. According to the petitioner, the order of transfer has been

made at the behest of some Rice Millers, who were not comfortable with the style of functioning of the petitioner and who have been threatening the petitioner periodically of getting her transfered. 3.

Given the said facts, since the distance between the two place is not much, this Court does not find any strong case for interference with the impugned order. However, in case if the petitioner wants, she may approach the respondent authorities by making a suitable representation in respect of all her grievances including that of threatening that she has been receiving and which the authorities concerned shall decide in accordance with the Rules and Policies governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
