1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has granted permit to run the Bus from Raipur to Durg wherein an application Annexure P-2 was filed to change the time, the same was allowed on 26.12.2019 by Annexure P-3. However, despite that the Secretary who is required to carry out the order as per Rule 65 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994 is not complying the same.

2. Perusal of Annexure P-3 would show that the petitioner is already holding an order in his favour for change of time, which was allowed by order dated 26.12.2019 and the same having been done which is to be executed as per Rule 65 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994, the Secretary is directed to carry out the same and make an endorsement within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
