1. State of Chhattisgarh, through the Secretary, Ministry of Town and Country Planning Department, DKS Bhawan, Secretariat, Raipur.
2. The Collector (Nazul), Raipur.
3. The Nazul Officer, Raipur.
4. Municipal Corporation, Raipur through its Commissioner.
5. Roshan Tiwari, son of Shri Shailendra Tiwari, aged about 36 years, resident of Purani Basti, Raipur (CG). --- Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. B.P. Sharma, Advocate For State/Respondents : Mr. Shashank Thakur, Govt. Advocate and Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 16/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.2 has granted lease in favour of respondent No.5 herein on 13.05.2010 and two other persons also, against which the petitioner has made representation to the Tahsildar, Raipur on 03.06.2010, but the same has not been considered and decided by the said authority till now, hence this petition. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
(3) Be that as it may, Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file afresh representation along with additional documents in support of his case within a period of 15 days from today before the said authority.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
