1. Counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in this writ

W.P.(S)No.332/2016 petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.A. No.388/2014 (Tukaram Patel v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) decided on 23-3-2015 in which in paragraph 5, the Division Bench of this Court has directed as under: - "In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that there has been no consideration of the grievances of the Petitioners. The Writ Appeals are disposed with a direction to the Respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioners under the circular dated 2.11.2011 in accordance with law, and dispose it by a reasoned and speaking order within twelve weeks from the date of conviction and/or receipt of a copy of the present order.
