1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.240/2015, registered at Police Station Pathariya, Distt. Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 and 201 read with Section 149 of the IPC.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application with a request to expedite the trial.
3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
