This petition arises out of termination order dated 11-01-2017 passed by Janpad Panchayat, Saja.

Order dated 12-10-2017 passed by the Janpad Panchayat, Saja filed in WPS No.6729/2017, shows that the termination order dated 11-01-2017 has been cancelled in view of the compliance of resolution dated 12-10-2017 of General Administration Committee of Janpad Panchayat, Saja.

Therefore, as the petitioners' termination order having been cancelled during the pendency of the writ petition, nothing survives and the petition is disposed off as having rendered infructuous. If the petitioners would approach for their consequential benefit by making separate representation, it may be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
