----Respondents For Appellant:- Shri Keshav Dewangan, Advocate.

For Respondent No.1/State:- Smt Smita Ghai, PL.

Hon'ble The Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 7/07/2015 1.

Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant.

2.

The present appeal has been filed against the acquittal of Respondent No.2 dated 16.10.2014 in Sessions Trial No.35/2010 ordered by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, Distt. Balauda Bazar. 3.

The Appellant was charged under Section 306 IPC for having abetted the suicide of his paramour Kumari Arti.

4.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the deceased committed suicide because of the refusal of Respondent No.2 to marry her. 5.

We have considered the submission on behalf of the Appellant and have also gone through the order under appeal. We are not satisfied that the order of acquittal calls for any interference as there is no evidence on record

for abetment to sustain the charge under Section 306 IPC. 6.

The appeal is dismissed.
