The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 438 of CrPC, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.02/2020, registered at Police Station Raghunathnagar, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 256, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

The applicant along with co-accused Samiullah Khan and Mohd. Unis have committed house trespass, criminally intimidated and tried to extort money on gun point. The applicant's motorcycle is said to have been used by all the accused persons and the

applicant was present on the spot along with the co-accused. 3.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant is made out. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. If the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
