The contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.5.2017 passed in a batch of writ petitions, leading of which being Writ Petition (S) No.1703 of 2015. While disposing of the writ petitions, this Court had directed to consider the case of the Petitioner for regularisation in accordance with the circular granting him the advantage of continuity of service from the date of their initial engagement till date. 2.

Subsequent to the order passed, the Respondents have duly considered the case of the Petitioner and have held that since the Petitioner does not have the minimum eligibility qualification, he was not found suitable for regularisation. The said order passed by the State seems to be in compliance of the order of this Court passed on 16.5.2017.

As such, the order stands duly complied with. 3.

If at all the Petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent order dated 12.6.2017, he will be at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, no case of contempt of Court is made out. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. The Respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
