(2) For the reasons stated in the M.C.C., it is allowed and the order dated 17.07.2017 is modified in the following term :- "Let in place of "Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division" as has been typed in the 5th and 6th paragraphs of the order dated 17.07.2017, it be read as "Additional Commissioner, Raipur Division".

Rest of contents mentioned in the order shall remain intact.

(3) The order dated 17.07.2017 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

(4) Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.

(5) A copy of this order be placed on the file of WPC No. 703 of 2017 and other connected matters.
