Although the petitioners have prayed for grant of salary as already granted to them in the month of May, 2014, as per the Chhattisgarh Pay Revision Rules, 2009 and as per the circular dated 17.5.2013, however, perusal of the contents of the entire petition as a whole would indicate that the matter in issue concerning grant of appropriate pay scale to the Shiksha Karmis pursuant to the State Government's circulars dated 17.5.2013, 4.12.2013 and 22.1.2014 have already been dealt with in WPS No.106/2014 {Marisha Shrivastava and another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected matters}.
