Versus

L. P. Choure Posted As Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Service, Balrampur Division, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (Chhattisgarh) ---- Respondent For Petitioners :

Shri Ajay Kumar Pandey, Advocate.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/02/2016 Heard.

1.

This petition, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent, has been filed on the allegations that despite order of the Court submitted before the Executive Engineer on 20th of October, 2015 and more than 3 1⁄2 months having elapsed, no steps have been taken for demarcation.

2.

This Court had protected the petitioner in view of the apprehension that while raising construction of a market shed, a part of the land already owned and in possession of the petitioners, has also been identified and for that reason, the petitioners were apprehending dispossession.

3.

It appears that till date, no demarcation has been done. The order

of the Court stands in the spirit that no interference with the petitioner's possession and ownership shall be made unless there is demarcation as directed by this Court.

4.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt petition is disposed off.
