This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 16.01.2017 passed in WPS No.195 of 2017 whereby this Court had disposed off the petition with a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioners, if transfer order has not been varied, cancelled, or modified by the State Government. 2.

As the petitioners were not relieved, the petitioners filed this contempt petition. Even before filing of the contempt petition, the State Government has cancelled the transfer order in respect of which the order was passed by this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the similar issue was examined by this Court in Contempt Case No.509 of 2016 and the same was disposed off vide order

dated 12.01.2017 reserving liberty to challenge the cancellation order. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and perusing the order dated 12.01.2017 passed in contempt case No.509 of 2016, I am inclined to close this contempt petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order of cancellation on such grounds in terms of order dated 12.01.2017 passed in Contempt Case No.509 of 2016. 5.
