The present MCC is being filed for correction in para 2 of the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 10807 of 2019 which is reproduced hereunder:- "2. The issue pertains to grant of two advance increments on successful completion of B.Ed course before appointment on own expenses."

It is stated that in the case of Asha Saxena Vs. State of M.P. reported in 2009 (3) MPJR (SC) 59 the benefit is granted to both B.Ed or B.T.I. degree holders. As the case may be, therefore, in para 2 the word B.T.I may be added. Considering the submission made in para 2 of the order dated 09.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 10807 of 2019, it is observed that after B.Ed the word B.T.I shall also be read. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.
