The petitioner is working as a Lab Technician in the Government Kamla Devi Girls College, Rajnandgaon. He submits that the petitioner has been working with a department since 1989 onwards and that since it is a single cadre post and the petitioner does not have any promotional avenue. According to the petitioner, he has approached respondents No.1 & 2 for consider the case of the Lab Technician for being provided for a promotional avenue. The copy of the representation so made to respondents No.1 & 2 is Annexure P/3 and enclosed with the writ petition i.e. dated 06.11.2017 and a reminder made on 06.12.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that respondents No.1 & 2 may be directed to consider and dispose off the said representation

objectionably at an early date.

Learned State counsel does not oppose the said limited prayer sought for.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and to decide the same preferably within a period of four months from today. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file fresh representation, if so required.

This Court has not expressed any opinion so far as entitlement of the petitioner are concerned.
