1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that land of the petitioner has been acquired by the SECL for public purpose, but employment has not been granted to him as per the rehabilitation policy of the State Government since long back. He would further submit that the State Government has already recommended the name of the petitioner in the year 2005.
2. Be that as it may, the respondent-SECL is directed to consider
and dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of employment under the rehabilitation scheme within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
