This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.01 of 2021 registered at Police Station GRP Bhilai-3 Chhattisgarh for commission of offense punishable under Section 394 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application. He further submits that the applicant is a Government servant, therefore, prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the application for grant of regular bail to be filed upon surrender of applicant on the same day.

Learned Government counsel submits that she has no objection for withdrawal of bail application.

In view of above, MCRCA-289 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
