(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.44/2015 registered at Police Station Pandatarai, District Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 368 & 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 02.09.2015 passed in

M.Cr.C. No.4521/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground on merit of the matter to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected.
