1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 360/2017 registered at Police Station Lormi, Police Outpost Chilfi, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The present applicant is in jail since 06.09.2017 in connection with the aforesaid Crime number.

3. The allegation against the present applicant is that on 05.09.2017 at around 10:30 a.m. the present applicant is said to have caught hold of the prosecutrix, an 8 years old child and is said to have sexually ravished her. Later on an F.I.R. in this regard was lodged.

4. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the statement recorded during the course of

investigation, this Court is of the opinion, not a fit case for grant of bail, accordingly the same stands rejected.
