At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they be permitted to withdraw the instant CRMP by issuance of a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a reasonable period and further with liberty to approach before this Court if any cause of action still survives in the matter.

For the above submission, perused the instant CRMP and its annexures. 3.

Looking to the higher number of witnesses and other facts, in the considered view of this Court period of one year for disposal of the said criminal case would serve the purpose. Hence instant CRMP is disposed of as withdrawn without appreciation on merit reserving aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the said criminal case No. 420/2005 (State -v- Niranjay Parhi and others) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date of hearing. Also the petitioners may approach this Court if any cause still survives.

The CRMP is disposed of as withdrawn accordingly. 5.

Petitioners may file copy of this order before the trial Court for compliance. 6.

Registrar Judicial is also directed to send a copy of this order to the trial Court through usual and fax mode immediately for compliance. 7.

Registry is directed to return certified copies filed by the petitioner after taking authenticated true copy of the same in the file. Certified copy as per rules.
