Learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court in WP(S) No.360/2015 {Raja Ram Kosle Vs. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited & others} and other connected matters vide order dated 8.4.2015, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms. 2.
