(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.253/2014 registered at Police Station Abhanpur, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 420, 419 & 313 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses by order of this dated 12.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.03/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusing the statement of witnesses, in particular, the statement of prosecutrix, in which, she has supported the case of prosecution, this

Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. (5) Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
