Sam Koshy Order On Board 15/02/2016 After arguing for sometime counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to first avail the remedy of making representation to the respondents and in turn the respondents may be directed to consider the same objectively. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Needless to mention that this Court has not expressed anything on the merit of the case.
