1. In WP (Cr) No.6/2016, this Court directed Durg Police to investigate the matter in accordance with law laid down by the Supreme Court in the matter of Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and Others {(2014) 2 SCC 1}.

2. It is informed by learned counsel for the contemnors that an FIR has already been registered and investigation is in progress.
