This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been brought for restoration of CRR No.223/2020 which has been dismissed in default consequent to the order passed by this Court on 11-02-2020 for the reason of failure of the applicant to remove the default within the stipulated time. 2.

After considering on the submission, the application filed in this petition for condonation of the delay in filing this application is allowed and the delay in filing this application is condoned and present application for restoration is also allowed. CRR No.223/2020 is restored to its original number. 3.

The petition stands disposed off.
