1. The petitioner has challenged the memo dated 1.2.2007 issued by the Court Superintendent, Office of District and Sessions Judge, Janjgir vide Annexure-P/1 informing respondents 4 and 5 that pursuant to the State Government's order dated 19.1.2007 they should deposit Rs.1,000/- in Government Treasury and produce Non Judicial Stamp of Rs.500/- for doing the needful.

2. The original order dated 19.1.2007 by which the appointment was made is neither under challenge nor is part of record of the Writ Petition. Nearly 10 years have elapsed after issuance of the impugned memo (Annexure-P/1).

3. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable for the petitioner's failure to challenge the original order dated 19.1.2007 issued by the State Government. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
